Irrational Times is a Polish-Swedish exhibition of contemporary design, inspired by the mutual impact of Slavic and Scandinavian cultures across history; these influences include e.g. similar technical solutions encountered in the discovered elements of tangible culture as well as myths and legends. The objects for the show are made by the Polish design studio Kosmos Project and by Petra Lilja Design from Sweden. The first exhibition was held in Kalmar Konstmuseum in Kalmar, Sweden, the other one in the Form/Design Center in Malmö, Sweden. Both shows will be curated by a team composed of the designers taking part in the exhibitions and the Polish curator Magdalena PopŁawska.
